04.20: Nemanja Matic is reportedly wanted by Manchester United manager and former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho.

It is growingly accepted at United they will struggle to land Tottenham star Eric Dier.

As a result, according to Manchester Evening News, £40million-rated Matic is being targeted instead to bolster Mourinho’s midfield.

With Antonio Conte ready to spend big this summer, Matic could become available for United.

But the experienced striker was not prepared to leave Swansea in the midst of a relegation battle.
