Cudahy trucking and logistics firm Roadrunner Transportation Systems Inc. said Monday it will restate its earnings by an estimated $20 million to $25 million because of “accounting discrepancies” at subsidiary companies.

The company said that certain financial reports “should no longer be relied upon,” including:

  • Audited consolidated financial statements and unaudited quarterly information for the year ended Dec. 31, 2014.
  • Unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements for the quarters ended March 31, 2014; June 30, 2014; and Sept. 30, 2014.
  • Audited consolidated financial statements and unaudited quarterly information for the year ended Dec. 31, 2015.
  • Unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements for the quarters ended March 31, 2015; June 30, 2015; and…
