First, Trump went after his former attorney, Michael Cohen, who asked a judge to spare him prison time because he has been cooperating with the special counsel. In the same Twitter stream, Trump drew a contrast to Roger Stone.

"I'd have to make things up".

He also repeated his accusation that Special Counsel Robert Mueller - who is investigating possible collusion between Russian Federation and Trump's campaign - is forcing witnesses to make up lies damaging to the president.

The URL was purchased and then used to send a single message about how they felt about the president, reading: "Donald J. Trump is a traitor to our country".

Mueller's team is looking into whether Stone, an informal adviser to Trump during the 2016 campaign, was in communication with WikiLeaks before the website publicized stolen emails from Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign. He makes up stories to get a GREAT & ALREADY reduced deal for himself, and get...his wife and father-in-law (who has the money?) off Scott Free [sic].

Washington pays respects to Bush as he lies in state at Capitol
Martin's Episcopal Church until Thursday morning when he will be eulogized during a funeral at the church. McGrath has been sharing photos throughout the week of how the nation is honoring Bush 41.

Stone has said he expected to get indicted by Mueller. "Nice to know that some people still have guts!"

In an interview with ABC News on Monday, Corsi, who said that he chose to reject a plea deal he said was offered to him by Mueller, provided ABC News with copies of a plea agreement he said was drafted by Mueller's prosecutors, which cites three emails involving Stone.

A slam: Attorney George Conway, a frequent critic of Trump who also is the husband of Trump aide Kellyanne Conway, responded to Trump's Stone tweet with one of his own.

In his tweet, Conway was referencing statutes related to witness tampering and obstruction of justice.

Trump followed up his attacks on Cohen with yet another slam on Mueller, whose investigators secured the additional guilty plea Friday and allowed him to reach the cooperation agreement. "The truth is very bad for their mission!"
