The Cleveland Cavaliers could not win a pivotal road Game 5 against the Boston Celtics, as they lost 96-83 Wednesday night.

The Cleveland Cavaliers face elimination against the Boston Celtics tonight in Game 6 of the 2018 NBA Playoffs Eastern Conference Finals. It sure has looked at times as though he relishes these moments, though James said otherwise at Cavaliers shootaround Friday.

"I think his composure is impressive, he plays above his age", James told National Basketball Association reporters before Game 5. Cleveland effectively took away Al Horford and eliminated much of Boston's inside-out dimension on Friday, allowing Terry Rozier (28 points) and Brown (27) some comfortable looks but dominating the glass in a game where Tristan Thompson and Aron Baynes featured minimally for each side. "I felt so slow on that play". The Celtics played bad shooting just 36.5% from the field.

Unlike many of his fellow rookies, the youngster has been part of a championship-contending team and has played an important role all year.

"Offensively, we just couldn't make shots", said Cleveland coach Tyronn Lue. The Cavaliers role players do nearly nothing on the road and that's the reason they're playing a second seven-game series these playoffs. James scored 26 points on 11-for-22 shooting with 10 rebounds and five assists.

"He looked a little exhausted to me", Lue said.

“But we got Bron out with two-and-a-half minutes, and at the start of the fourth he wasnt ready to go.

"A lot of our guys have a comfort level of being back home and playing off the fans and playing off our crowd, playing off that court, being more comfortable being back home for Game 6", James said. The Cavs needed it to survive, but it's questionable if there will be lingering effects Sunday.

Kevin Love was the only other Cavaliers player who scored in double figures in Game 5. "But I saw the ball and he was there and (I) just kind of went for it". Dropped to 1-4 in Game 6s over the last four postseasons.

Meanwhile, Boston is now 10-0 at home during this postseason run.

Stevens added that going against James for multiple games gives you an appreciation of James' greatness. "I think that the way in which he's done that and all of the years now that he's made The Finals and gone deep into the playoffs, it's unbelievable".
