Usually, there are tell-tale design elements that Moto G devices are in the "mid-range" of the smartphone spectrum, like a plastic back.

Earlier this morning, Motorola took to the stage to announced its two new product line families. The Moto G6 Plus has many elements that the Moto X has.

First things first, when can you buy one of Motorola's new smartphones? While last year's Moto E4 Plus was available unlocked, you will only be able to pick up an E5 Play or E5 Plus through a carrier. Since then, we have continued to push the boundaries of the value equation even further with the debut of the moto e, a smartphone that was fully loaded and fairly priced. All the new Motorola phones run on stock Android 8.0 Oreo.

Flagship Android phones might get all the press these days, but not everyone has $800-and-more burning a hole in their pocket.

In the end, though, it matters not how quick the Moto E5/E5 Plus is, how good or bad their cameras are - or that they're a little down on feature count.

The Moto E5 will cost €150, pretty close to the Plus model so you might want to have a look at our compare tool and see if you can justify saving those €20. That's because they're using Motorola's new 2:1 aspect ratio big attractive screens.

The Moto G6 Play, as with previous "G Play" variants, is all about the battery. However, the two are different and it's important to pay attention when you buy one.

The Moto G6 Play is the cheapest of the three models but it's definitely the one which will offer the best battery life.

If this is the biggest witch-hunt in history, as they say it is, we're running out of spots on the broomstick. He said the two men chatted occasionally , and his questions "focused nearly exclusively" on real estate .

The Plus version of the G6 has a larger screen as you would expect (5.9-inch, 18:9, 1080p) and a slightly faster Snapdragon processor (2.2GHz v. 1.4GHz). Given the 450 shares many similarities with the 625, at best the G6 could be roughly even with its predecessor in terms of performance. The sides are curved so they're comfortable and easy to hold.

The E5 Plus runs Android 8.0 Oreo, has a 6-inch 720p display, 5,000 milliamp-hour battery, fingerprint reader, a 12-megapixel rear camera, and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. The battery size is 3,200 mAh, and deep indigo and nimbus are the colors here. Giving users all-day battery life in a well-rounded phone without breaking the bank.

And just in case you're wondering, the Moto G6 does come with a headphone jack. The design has never been a strong point, but the brand has offered some elegant-looking phones more recently. It also gains Bluetooth 5.0 and a bigger 3200mAh battery.

While the G6 Play comes with an old-school Micro USB port for charging, the Moto G6 and G6 Plus have both opted for the newer USB-C connector.

In closing, we want to mention that both of these phones will either be available from all major United States carriers, or work on all carrier networks.

"The Moto G6 Plus comes with a 5.99" Full HD+ IPS LCD display. Moto G6, Moto G6 Play, Moto E and Moto E Plus are the 2018 avatars from the house of Motorola to conquer the budget segment.

That's disappointing, considering the E4 Plus was one of the longest-lasting smartphones we tested past year, yet still cost just $179.

The moto eplus will be available in the United Kingdom from early June at a starting price of £149 and will be available from Amazon and selected Independent resellers. For more information, stay tuned for our reviews, coming soon!
