"We will stand against such ideology and defeat the BJP in 2019 general elections", Gandhi told reporters. Lovely, who recently returned to the Congress after spending some time with the BJP, first denied it was the day's picture, but later acknowledged it. He has no place for Dalits in his heart, the whole country knows this.

Congress President Rahul Gandhi led the protest, where he was accompanied by senior party leaders Mallikarjun Kharge, Sheila Dikshit, Ashok Gehlot and Ajay Maken.

The party also found fault with the presence of controversial leaders like Jagdish Tytler and Sajjan Kumar - who were accused of involvement in anti-Sikh riots - at the Congress' protest saying it exposed the party's "real violent" face at a time it is fasting for communal harmony.

In a press conference, BJP's Patra accused the Congress of indulging in "politics of luxury" and said that all Congress leaders and the members of the Nehru-Gandhi family are used to it, instead of the "politics of performance". We are against the ideology of the BJP.

Loss officially takes Pistons out of playoff picture
Philadelphia was up 65-49 at halftime, and the margin didn't reach single digits again until the waning moments of the fourth. Pistons power forward Blake Griffin sat out for the third straight game with a bone bruise in his right ankle.

Referring to the recent letters written by several BJP MPs where they had expressed concerns over the oppression of Dalits, especially in Uttar Pradesh following the April 2 agitation by the Dalit community, Rahul Gandhi said that even his (PM Modi) party MP's are calling him a "casteist". The BJP follows ideology of oppressing Dalit, Tribal and minorities. As soon as Khurana tweeted the picture, Twitterati started taking jibes at the Congress party.

"Congress" Delhi unit chief Ajay Maken and former cabinet minister Arvinder Singh Lovely, along with other party leaders, were photographed digging into platefuls of chhole bhature at an eatery. "We will stand against and defeat it in 2019 general polls", Gandhi told reporters.

Gandhi said the country will not accept that Modi government "spreads violence, hatred in the country". Dr Nitin Raut said that atrocities on Dalits have increased after the BJP Government came to power.

Defending "feast before fast", Lovely admitted that the picture was taken before 8 am. "The approach that this government has against Dalits, tribals, minorities and farmers, we are standing against it", he said. "Rahul Gandhi can not wake up early, he can not skip a meal and he is talking about bringing change in the country", BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra told reporters. He further said that the Dalits are feeling insecure in BJP's rule but Congress party is with them.
