US, N.Korean representatives to meet in Finland unofficially

In the wake of the Stockholm talks, Wallstrom will meet her South Korean counterpart Kang Kyung-wha, who was in Washington this week for talks on North Korea and trade, in Brussels on Monday, Wallstrom's spokesman said. Pyongyang has not made any announcement about the talks with Sweden as of yet.
