Mayfair mall owner will replace bank tower with two restaurants

  According to documents filed with the city, Uncle Julio’s and Seasons 52 will both construct new restaurants on the outskirts of Mayfair Mall on the site of the 12-story, 120,000-square-foot Mayfair Bank Tower, which has been slated for redevelopment for the past couple of years.    The Uncle Julio’s and Seasons 52 in Wauwatosa will both be the first Wisconsin locations for each chain. In 2015, Mayfair mall owner GGP notified tenants in the 42-year-old Mayfair Bank Tower, 2300 N.
